Victor Johnson
Victor Johnson is a Miami native, former elite athlete, long-time football mentor, community leader, and entertainment executive whose journey has taken him from the football field to the music and entertainment industry. As an accomplished athlete, Victor earned All-Miami-Dade, All-Dade County, and All-State honors, including state championships, before continuing his football career at the University of Cincinnati on a full athletic scholarship. For more than two decades, he has remained deeply connected to Florida's football community through his work with Hard Knocks, helping mentor and develop young athletes while building trusted relationships with players, families, coaches, and talent programs. His experiences as an athlete and mentor shaped the leadership, discipline, and relationship-building skills that would later inform the formation of his career in entertainment.
Victor's love for music began at an early age, inspired by his uncle, "Victor 'Slick Vic'", who hosted clubs, parties, and events for local radio stations throughout South Florida. Around 2000, Victor officially entered the music business by managing his brother, "TayDizm"—a well-known recording artist who became affiliated with Nappy Boy Entertainment. What began as managing his brother's career evolved into a much larger journey, as Victor built relationships with artists, A&Rs, producers, executives, and entertainment professionals across the industry. Today, through MainEvent ManageNet, Victor combines his background in sports mentorship, music marketing, and business to help artists, athletes, entertainers, and brands develop their identity, elevate their platforms, expand their reach, and turn talent into meaningful opportunities.
